John M. Glazer
John Glazer is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Corporate Development of Physicians Interactive, responsible for oversight of financial affairs and corporate transactions. He also serves on the company’s Board of Directors.
Prior to joining the company in 2013, he was a partner with Perseus LLC, a private equity firm focused on control investments in healthcare and consumer brands. At Perseus, Mr. Glazer originated and managed numerous investments in private and public companies. He has served on many Boards of Directors, most often as lead director working closely with management teams on strategy, acquisitions and financing.
Prior to joining Perseus in 2006, Mr. Glazer worked as a principal at CSFB Private Equity, the direct private equity investment division of Credit Suisse. While at CSFB PE, Mr. Glazer led teams responsible for all aspects of the investment process and portfolio management. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Credit Suisse First Boston.
Mr. Glazer received an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
