Bonnie Schirato
Vice President, Human Resources
Bonnie Schirato is the Vice President of Human Resources and is focused on Physician Interactive’s workforce. Her charge is to attract, develop, and retain outstanding talent for Physicians Interactive, and to provide them with the knowledge and work environment to perform at their best. In 2009, Physicians Interactive was chosen as “Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).
Prior to joining Physicians Interactive, Ms. Schirato was the Vice President, Human Resources with Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, a healthcare technology company headquartered in Chicago. Over the past 10 years, Ms. Schirato has led the human resources department as Allscripts grew from 120 employees to over 1100. Prior to Allscripts, Ms. Schirato spent 11 years in sporting goods retail, including positions in store operations, multi-unit field management, recruiting, training and education, and overall employee relations. Ms. Schirato holds a B.A. in English and SPHR certification.
